How'd you move into vintage fashion?  I was a costumer and worked on films, commercials, and episodic television. I had a large vintage fashion rental business specifically for the film industry. When film started drying up in Texas, I started selling my inventory but also kept buying. I got stuck in the vicious circle of being a vintage dealer.
Are you a collector? Yes, kinda
What do you collect? Vintage sock monkeys
What's a favorite piece you can't sell? My 1950s wool overcoat lined in Mouton. It's the warmest and chicest article of clothing I own.
What's your favorite thing to sell?  Women's designer vintage
What sells fastest? 1970s designer vintage
Where are you from? Originally from St. Louis but now live in Dallas

Are you bringing anything extra special to the show?  Of course, I am.....I just don't know what yet.

The 2018 Vintage Garage dates are April 22, May 20, June 17 , July 15, August 19, September 16, and October 21. There will be 100 vendors offering cool vintage and antique pieces every 3rd Sunday, April to October. Vintage Garage is located at 5051 N. Broadway, Chicago, IL 60640.
