Chicago Vintage Clothing and Jewelry is the first all vintage jewelry and clothing fashion event in Chicago.
CVCJ will encompass all things vintage by gathering selected group of exhibitors from Chicago, the Midwest and beyond. Vintage apparel, estate jewelry, vintage designer clothes, 1950's dresses, vintage costume jewelry and handbags. These are just some of the things you can expect to see for sale. They will bring their best vintage apparel to showcase and sell.
Chicago is a world class city that will have it's own vintage apparel specialty show starting in February of 2017.
Buying and selling vintage is my passion. CVCJ brings together my favorites. Vintage clothing, jewelry, accessories, shoes, dresser boxes, gloves, sweaters etc. I expect we will see everything from Victorian clothes and jewelry, to designer vintage like Chanel, Ralph Lauren and Dior from all eras. From the sweet 1960's sundress to magnificent sunglasses of the 1970's it's coming from all over. If it has to do with fashion 1980's and prior, anything can happen.
Our Vintage Garage Chicago market inspired us to stay in our north side neighborhood (48th Ward) and bring you this indoor, yearly speciality show.
St. Andrews Greek Orthodox Church, a staple in our neighborhood is hosting us. The location is superb! It is easy access off of Lakeshore Drive north of the Gold Coast and at the edge of Lincoln Park. At the corner of Lake Shore Drive and Sheridan Road in Edgewater. A 200 car parking lot (which is pretty tough to find in downtown Chicago) making this SO easy and a charming space for the show.
There will be something for everyone from antique jewelry and clothing to 70's and 80's fashion. All eras and all price ranges from the 1880's to the 1980's. Fashion related memorabilia, magazines, patterns, bathing suits, lingerie, coats. To much to name but you can expect to see amazing vintage goods.
